Job summary

Monarch Investment and Management Group seeks an experienced Property Manager for Sugar Pines Apartments in Florissant, MO. Lead onsite operations, maintain resident relations, and oversee budgeting and marketing to maximize occupancy and NOI.

The role requires 2+ years in multi-family supervision, strong budgeting and software skills (YARDI), and a commitment to fair housing and excellent service. Competitive benefits and bonuses offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ experience in multi-family housing in a supervisory role preferred.
• Experience managing/supervising 3+ employees preferred.
• Excellent computer skills; proficient with industry software (YARDI).
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal resident/property management laws.

Responsibilities

• Operate the property within the financial guidelines (the Budget).
• Make recommendations to increase income, decrease expenses, and grow NOI.
• Ensure property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels per owners’ guidelines.
• Keep marketing current, accurate, and effective.
• Direct on-site personnel and maintain a positive work environment.
• Process all invoices promptly.
• Post, track, and manage delinquency of rental income.
• Build and maintain resident relations and renewals.
