Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• 12–18 years progressive multifamily field ops experience, with 5–7+ years in senior leadership.
• Proven track record managing multiple $20M+ multifamily projects concurrently.
• Experience with Design-Build, DBB, CM at Risk, and IPD delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for multiple large-scale multifamily projects in the Charlotte region.
• Lead and develop senior field teams – Senior Superintendents, Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents.
• Drive innovation, digital tooling, and process improvements in field operations.
• Collaborate with preconstruction, PM, and BD to win projects and optimize constructability.
• Manage client relationships and project stakeholders, representing Samet The Samet Way.
• Establish field standards, safety culture, and performance metrics across sites.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and cross-project knowledge sharing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on all sites.
