Top Echelon LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced Estimator (Senior Estimator) to join our multifamily construction team. The role involves leading the bid process, performing detailed takeoffs, and pricing through design development to final bid assembly.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of estimating experience in multifamily projects, strong knowledge of stick-framing, and proficiency with Onscreen Take-off, SmartBid, and Sage Estimating.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of estimating experience within multifamily new-construction developments.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of wood-framed & multifamily construction processes/delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead the bid process including risk assessment, quantity surveying, self-performance pricing, scheduling, bid solicitation, subcontractor scope coordination and final bid assembly.
• Lead estimating efforts for multifamily new-construction projects to successful completion.
• Manage estimating team to achieve company goals and train project team members.
• Coordinate efforts with Operations and other estimators to deliver final products to clients.
• Provide cost expertise to clients and design team members to aid in decision making.
