Qualifications

• 5+ years of onsite supervision experience managing multifamily wood frame construction projects.
• Knowledge of MEP trades, wood framing, site work, and interior finish scopes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction operations from pre-construction through project completion.
• Manage project schedules, subcontractor coordination, material deliveries, and sequencing.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local/state building codes.
