Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-family housing experience required.
• 10 years of business, architecture or project management experience.
• Evidence of successful project goal achievements for projects with a $30M construction budget.

• Co-lead or lead large-scale projects and ensure client satisfaction.
• Meet/exceed profit plans and establish effective work plans.
• Provide high quality documents and ensure they're well coordinated.
