Aquent is partnering with a leading global retailer to transform customer experiences through bold, impactful creative. As part of the team, you will craft high-impact marketing assets across digital, print, and events, shaping how millions engage with products and services.

You will collaborate with copywriters, strategists, product marketers, and other stakeholders to refine ideas, identify opportunities, and propose innovative creative solutions that balance vision with business goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise across digital, email, web graphics, and campaigns.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud; strong Figma skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Concept and execute high-impact decks, campaigns, and marketing assets.
• Transform briefs into clear visual stories.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and marketers.
• Lead projects from direction to delivery while managing priorities.
• Prepare production-ready files and handoffs with accurate outputs.
