Job summary

Kimberly-Clark's Multicraft Partner in Warren, OH is responsible for inspecting, repairing, and fine-tuning high-speed packaging equipment. You'll troubleshoot complex electrical systems and implement maintenance practices in a facility producing top brands.

Working within our High-Performance Work System, you’ll join a team that values safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. A strong safety mindset and ability to operate heavy equipment are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States with a HS diploma or GED.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Pass pre-employment assessments, drug test and background check.
• Ability to pass PAT and maintain safety mindset.
• Experience with mill computer systems (SAP, MES, Outlook, Office).
• Two-year technical degree or 5+ years in high-speed manufacturing or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and fine-tune high-speed machines.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Implement maintenance practices in a high-performance plant.
• Work in a team within a High-Performance Work System.
• Document daily performance metrics in verbal and written formats.
