Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Reviews job orders and helps to determine priority.
• Maintains physical condition of entire property.
• Performs daily inspections and notifies management of problems.
• Trains and mentors maintenance team members.
• Develops preventive maintenance schedule and follows it.
• Monitors outside contractors and reports issues.
