Airswift is seeking a Multi-Skilled Operator III for a 12-month assignment in Crane, TX. The role supports production and field operations across well operations, gas lift systems, ESPs, and three-phase separation to maximise output.

The successful candidate will bring solid upstream operations experience, work across rotating equipment, assist with valve and pump maintenance, and track production data to drive performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Typically 5-7 years of relevant operational experience.
• Experience in well operations and production-focused field environments.
• Experience supporting gas lifted wells, ESPs, three-phase separation, gas compression and pipeline operations.

Responsibilities

• Support production optimisation and operational performance.
• Assist maintenance activities including readings, rounds, permits and work requests.
• Interface with engineering for data gathering and technical support.
