Job summary

JCSI, based in San Jose, CA, seeks a General Manager – Operations & Logistics to lead the three-site production and distribution operation. You will drive strategy, oversee performance, and travel between sites to ensure seamless execution across San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland.

You will coach and develop a high-performing team, enforce safety and quality standards, and align operations with customer contracts in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational leadership experience.
• Proven success leading large, multi-department operations with 5+ direct reports.
• Full P&L / budget ownership experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing, processing, or regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall operational, financial, and performance results across the San Jose, San Francisco, and Oakland facilities.
• Develop and execute the annual business plan and budget with full P&L ownership.
• Lead production planning to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of products and services.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma to improve efficiency, cost, and service.
