Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking an executive manufacturing leader in California to oversee multiple operations, aligning people, processes, and assets under a unified strategy.

The role owns P&L and directs Operations, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain, EHS, HR, and other functions, driving safety, quality, delivery, and profitability.

You will build strong leadership teams, partner with customers and stakeholders, and position the business for long-term success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience, including senior-level operational responsibility.
• Multi-site manufacturing leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set direction for multiple manufacturing operations with focus on safety, quality, delivery, cost, profitability.
• Own financial results and translate objectives into operating plans and budgets.
• Improve capacity, production flow, equipment effectiveness, and resource coordination.
• Foster a culture of discipline and continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost productivity.
• Develop high-performing leadership teams through coaching and succession planning.
• Partner with customers, commercial leadership, and stakeholders to sustain long-term growth.
