Job summary

Peraton, Fort Meade, MD, seeks a senior Collection Manager specializing in CI/HUMINT Reports to ensure HUMINT operations are properly focused, documented, and translated into actionable intelligence products. You will bridge collectors, analysts, and consumers to keep HUMINT on target and produce IIRs for dissemination within USCYBERCOM J2X.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
• Demonstrated ability to produce Intelligence Information Reports (IIRs).
• Working knowledge of HUMINT collection management concepts and DoD IC guidelines.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis tools, data mining, and visualization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience meeting advanced reporting and classification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with collection requirements managers and consumers to ensure HUMINT operations have focus.
• Apply intelligence collection systems to inform collectors and consumers of developments.
• Use statistical, data mining, and visualization techniques to ISR data sources.
• Produce IIRs and consolidate intelligence reporting into IIR format.
• Lead J2X for Intelligence Planning Teams.
• Draft and submit SDRs on behalf of USCYBERCOM analysts.
• Update databases to maintain HUMINT records.
• Maintain consolidation, storage, and dissemination of DoD HUMINT and CI materials.
• Compile monthly collection operation statistics and reporting.
• Author Operating Instructions for programs and initiatives (USCCJ2).
