Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in multi-family construction management.
• Experience managing ground-up multi-family, mid-rise, AL, hotel, or similar multi-story projects up to $30M.
• Strong field experience and knowledge of construction processes.
• Proficient in sequencing and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction project coordination and daily activities on multi-family projects.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and job costing.
• Communicate and coordinate with all relevant parties, including municipalities and contractors.
• Ensure job estimates are accurate and contract documents are finalized.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
