Job summary

KPRS Inc. is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multi-family construction projects in Temecula, CA.

You will oversee on-site activities, coordinate subs and vendors, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget adherence. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in multi-family construction, strong plan-reading and scheduling skills, and proficiency with Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-family construction field operations.
• Expert in reading plans and schedules with attention to constructability.
• Strong problem solving, technical writing, and risk mitigation skills.
• Proven ability to lead field teams and coordinate subs and vendors.
• Organized, proactive leader able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence projects.
• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Coordinate construction activities through the project schedule.
• Oversee safety orientations, meetings, toolbox talks.
• Participate in the RFI and submittal process.
• Supervise storm water management, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with ownership and design teams to resolve constructability issues.
• Provide strategic vision for field operations and project participants.
• Address matters at the project and program level.
• Guide and mentor team members to meet project goals and objectives.
• Cultivate the KPRS philosophies and standards of care.
