Job summary

KPRS Construction Services is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field operations on multi-family construction projects in Temecula, CA. You will manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and drive safety, quality, and schedule adherence to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

We’re looking for an organized, proactive leader who can motivate teams, resolve field issues quickly, and uphold high standards of workmanship across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in multi-family construction field operations.
• Strong ability to read plans and technical drawings, coordinate trades, and manage field teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sequence projects.
• Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and trades.
• Coordinate construction activities through the project schedule.
• Oversee safety orientations, weekly meetings, toolbox talks, preinstallation meetings.
• Participate in the RFI and submittal process.
• Supervise regulatory compliance and inspections.
• Collaborate with ownership and design teams to resolve constructability issues.
• Provide strategic vision for field operations and project participants.
• Address project- and program-level matters.
• Guide and mentor team members to meet goals and uphold KPRS standards.
