Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Senior Multi-Domain Command & Control (C2) Operations Analyst in Suffolk, VA. The role requires leadership across Joint, Coalition, and Service environments, delivering expert analysis and mission-focused decision support.

Expertise with COPs, FFT, and TDL networks is essential. The position supports Combatant Commands and Joint Staff, delivering operational guidance, assessment reports, and executive briefings to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree required with 8+ years related experience or Master's with 6+ years related experience.
• Minimum 8 years experience supporting Joint, Service, Coalition, or Combatant Command operations.
• Experience in JPP/JOPP, Joint doctrine, and Multi-Domain Operations concepts.
• Experience in C2 operations within JOCs, Service Operations Centers, watch floors or command centers.
• Experience developing operational assessments, executive briefings, and mission thread analyses.
• Familiarity with FFT systems, TDL networks, and COPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level leadership for planning, preparation, and execution of C2-related tasks.
• Apply Joint and Multi-Domain C2 doctrine to support mission planning and assessment.
• Develop operational analyses, reports, and executive briefings.
• Maintain shared situational awareness across Joint, Coalition, Interagency, and partners.
• Operate and sustain COPs, FFT, and TDL networks in support of decision-makers.
• Conduct testing, validation, and interoperability evaluations of C2 systems.
• Engage stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver practical solutions.
