Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Sr Network Security Engineer to implement and maintain robust security across on-premise and cloud environments. You will lead the deployment and management of critical security infrastructure, including firewalls, load balancers, and IDS/IPS, safeguarding our hybrid networks and ensuring compliance.

The role requires 8+ years in network security with deep multi-cloud experience (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) and hands-on expertise in Fortinet, Arista, Cisco, and Cumulus

Qualifications

• 8+ years of dedicated network security experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Strong multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) and hybrid network security
• Hands-on with IDS/IPS, SSL inspection, URL filtering, anti-malware
• Experience with telemetry/observability tools and security incident handling

Responsibilities

• Design & review network security designs with architecture teams
• Lead deployment and management of firewall, load balancer, IDS/IPS across on-prem and cloud
• Enhance visibility using telemetry and analytics for threat detection
• Define security governance and compliance for on-prem and cloud deployments
• Coordinate vulnerability management and incident response with global teams
• Develop IAM policies for services owned by networking team
• Support security reviews and ACL approvals for reliable operations
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis and remediation activities
• Provide operation enablement with tools, docs, and dashboards
