Job summary

Namely is seeking a Senior Integrations Engineer to design and deliver MuleSoft-based integrations. The role focuses on API-led connectivity, scalable architectures, and secure data exchange across enterprise systems. You will partner with IT, Security, and product teams to implement robust integration solutions.

This office-based position requires hands-on delivery ownership and strong collaboration across cross-functional teams to drive maturity and reliability of integrations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise integration or distributed systems.
• Deep MuleSoft expertise including APIs, flows, RAML, DataWeave, Anypoint Runtime.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, GraphQL, webhooks and event streaming.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy complex MuleSoft integrations.
• Create reusable APIs, connectors, transformations, and error handlers.
• Apply event streaming, batch processing, webhooks, and async orchestration.
• Maintain data models, blueprints, and reusable integration frameworks.
• Ensure secure, scalable integrations across GTM, Finance, HR, ERP, Data platforms.
• Enforce security and data governance; manage API lifecycle and monitoring.
• Support CI/CD, Git workflows, automated tests, and DevOps collaboration.
• Troubleshoot cross-environment integration issues and provide guidance.
• Collaborate with IT, Product, Security, and Business Systems to meet goals.
