Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience including 5+ years leading complex integration initiatives.
• 2+ years hands-on MuleSoft experience or similar with API-led connectivity.
• Demonstrated expertise in HA, SDLC, and full API lifecycle management.
• Experience architecting enterprise-grade solutions and presenting to C-level executives.
• Experience defining full API lifecycle from design to governance.
• Exceptional customer-facing communication and expectation management skills.
• SDLC end-to-end project leadership for multiple integration initiatives.
• Experience architecting services integrations with MuleSoft and other platforms (IBM, BEA, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, etc.).
• Understanding of API security principles and policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of multi-phased MuleSoft integration projects, ensuring API-led connectivity and pattern adherence.
• Identify opportunities to improve IT operating model and support SLDC pipeline enhancements.
• Define and scale enterprise integration practices, reference architectures, and API patterns.
• Establish DevOps models, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and full API lifecycle management.
• Scale best practices globally using reusable assets and reference implementations.
• Enable field teams and partners to boost delivery and customer success.
• Lead requirements workshops and deliver architectural blueprint documents to influence project direction.
• Guide product direction by identifying gaps and providing leadership insights.
