Salesforce is seeking an Integration Technical Architect to lead complex MuleSoft integration projects and drive API-led connectivity across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments. You will mentor teams and influence the strategic direction of integration solutions within Professional Services.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT experience with leadership of complex integration initiatives.
2+ years hands-on MuleSoft experience or similar API-led connectivity expertise.
Experience with HA, scalability, SDLC, and full API lifecycle management.
Ability to evangelize integration methodologies and communicate with C-level executives.

Responsibilities

Lead and govern design of multi-phased MuleSoft integration projects following API-led connectivity.
Identify opportunities to optimize IT operating models and support SLDC pipelines.
Define and scale enterprise integration best practices, reference architectures, and API patterns.
Establish and enforce DevOps models, CI/CD, monitoring, and full API lifecycle management.
