Qualifications

• 7+ years hands-on design and implementation of scalable enterprise integrations using MuleSoft.
• SAP integration experience required.
• MuleSoft Architect Certification required.
• Expertise in MuleSoft SaaS platform administration, integration architecture, and API design and development.
• Experience leading development teams and establishing engineering standards.
• Strong client-facing communication, design reviews, and cross-team collaboration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years experience or Master’s with 6–8 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Own integration design: translate requirements into MuleSoft architectures, API designs, and specs.
• Build and deliver: design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise integrations (SAP connections).
• Guide the development team: establish CI/CD automation, observability, error handling, docs, and architecture.
• Drive technical quality: lead design walkthroughs, code reviews, and cross-workstream decisions.
• Partner with clients: present designs, findings, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support reliable operations: administer MuleSoft SaaS, support production, and drive improvements.
