Job summary

JobFormance LLC is seeking a MuleSoft Architect/Designer to lead enterprise integrations for a nationwide federal transformation. You will design APIs, guide developers, and work directly with clients to move solutions from requirements through production readiness.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years of MuleSoft experience, SAP integration background, and a MuleSoft Architect Certification. Remote options exist, with onsite consideration in Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

• 7 years of hands-on MuleSoft integration experience.
• SAP integration experience.
• MuleSoft Architect Certification.
• Expertise in MuleSoft SaaS platform administration, integration architecture, and API design.
• Experience leading development teams and establishing engineering standards.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years, or Master’s with 6–8 years.

Responsibilities

• Own integration design: translate requirements into MuleSoft architectures and API designs.
• Build and deliver: design, develop, test, debug, and maintain enterprise integrations (SAP connections).
• Guide the development team: establish CI/CD, observability, and documentation standards.
• Drive technical quality: lead design walkthroughs and resolve issues across workstreams.
• Partner with clients: present designs and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
• Support reliable operations: administer MuleSoft SaaS, support production, and readiness activities.
