Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Senior Mulesoft Architect to design, develop, and deliver enterprise integrations and API-driven solutions. You will work on high-impact projects across multiple clients, guiding architecture decisions and ensuring alignment with business goals.

The role emphasizes collaboration with architects, developers, and stakeholders, with opportunities for hands-on design, pre-sales support, and continuous learning in cloud, microservices, and AI-enabled environments.

Qualifications

• Experience with MuleSoft 4.x at a high architectural level.
• Project experience with MuleSoft Integrations.
• 10+ years software development experience.
• Extensive knowledge of Integration patterns.
• Experience creating Mule applications in Anypoint Studio.
• Ability to design APIs and publish to Anypoint Exchange.
• Familiarity with designing APIs in RAML.
• API development using REST and/or SOAP.
• Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle ERP.
• Familiarity with microservice architectures and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with prompt engineering and agentic AI architectures.
• Experience with vibe coding and multi-agents.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to deliver scalable MuleSoft solutions across the full SDLC.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on projects to meet client needs.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and align solutions with business goals.
• Communicate with stakeholders to set expectations and guide decisions.
• Create quality deliverables communicating technical solutions clearly.
• Leverage internal training to stay current with technologies.
• Mentor architects and developers through reviews and communities of practice.
• Participate in technical pre-sales activities including design and estimations.
• Gain exposure to multiple clients and industry verticals.
