Job summary

LMI is seeking an experienced Enterprise MuleSoft Integration Engineer/Architect for Fort Belvoir to lead the design, deployment, and governance of a centralized MuleSoft platform across Army logistics and ERP systems.

The role emphasizes API-led connectivity, secure data services, and cloud-ready integrations, with an active Secret clearance required. You will mentor teams and shape enterprise integration strategy across programs.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance required; US Citizens only.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
7+ years of professional software development and enterprise systems integration experience.
5+ years of direct, hands-on API gateway and management experience across multiple programs/tenants.
Experience migrating legacy point-to-point integrations to API-led, modular services.

Responsibilities

Architect and centrally manage an enterprise MuleSoft platform across multiple programs.
Design API specifications and data mappings using DataWeave across JSON/XML/CSV and databases.
Implement gateway security, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud/infrastructure deployments (Kubernetes, Docker).
Collaborate with Army programs, governance teams, and sandbox environments to enable testing and validation.
