Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Senior Developer to translate business needs into scalable APIs and integrations. You will guide client teams, review technical work, mentor developers, and support the full software lifecycle from requirements through production support.

Responsibilities include API design, implementation with Anypoint Platform, CI/CD, testing, and governance. Travel up to 0-100% may be required based on engagements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience with OAuth, JWT, TLS, API security, test automation, logging, monitoring, exception handling, and performance or reliability troubleshooting.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional hands-on MuleSoft development with Anypoint Platform, Anypoint Studio, Mule Runtime, DataWeave, REST and SOAP services, connectors, and integration patterns.
• Minimum of 3 years implementing API-led connectivity and using Anypoint API Manager, Runtime Manager, MUnits, Design Center, Exchange, and Anypoint Monitoring.
• Minimum of 3 years with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, Agile delivery, and clear written and verbal communication.
• Minimum of 2 years deploying and maintaining integrations on MuleSoft CloudHub or Runtime Fabric.
• Minimum of 6 months experience with AI and GenAI tools for productivity, documentation, development acceleration, and prompting.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support reusable MuleSoft APIs and integrations following enterprise standards.
• Implement System, Process, and Experience APIs using Anypoint Platform and related tools.
• Create technical specifications and support architecture/design reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices.
• Develop automated unit and integration tests and uphold quality governance.
• Support CI/CD, releases, environment promotion, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, analysts, architects, and Agile teams.
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools to accelerate development while validating AI-generated artifacts.
