Job summary

Diversified Systems in Columbus is seeking an IT Consultant to provide expert MuleSoft integration development and enterprise architecture services in support of modernization, API governance, platform migration, and architecture standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to design, govern, and optimize enterprise integrations, emphasizing CloudHub 2.0, DataWeave 2.0, and secure API development practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of MuleSoft integration development and enterprise architecture experience.
• 3+ years deploying MuleSoft integrations with Anypoint Platform.
• 3+ years API-led connectivity design and implementation.
• 3+ years CloudHub or CloudHub 2.0 deployment/ops.
• 3+ years DataWeave 2.0 data transformation/mapping.
• 2+ years Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• MuleSoft Anypoint Platform expertise including API design/deployment.
• Security controls including OAuth 2.0, TLS/mTLS, API policies.
• MUnit automated API testing experience.
• Knowledge of Anypoint Monitoring/Visualizer/Analytics.
• Strong organizational/communication skills; ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• 4-year college degree or equivalent technical study.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Architecture & Integration Governance.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts.
• Design, document, and govern MuleSoft integration assets and APIs.
• MuleSoft Platform Modernization & API upgrades (incl. JVM 17).
• CloudHub 2.0 Migration planning and execution.
• Ensure CloudHub networking, deployment, and operational best practices.
• Translate business requirements into integration solutions.
• Enforce API governance policies, versioning, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor performance, address throughput, latency, and reliability issues.
• Maintain technical runbooks, architecture diagrams, and integration specs.
• Develop and maintain MUnit test suites; mentorState IT staff.
