Qualifications

• 7+ years of embedded firmware development experience with architectural ownership and technical leadership in storage/semiconductor industries.
• 3+ years of SSD industry experience with expertise in Common Services firmware, ARC processors, compilers, and build environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Common Services firmware architecture and technical strategy across SSD products and storage platforms.
• Lead the design of embedded firmware solutions, establish engineering standards, and drive architectural decisions that improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Partner with hardware, silicon, software, and product teams to solve system-level challenges and optimize the storage stack.
• Communicate architecture plans, technical risks, and technology recommendations to engineering and business partners.
• Mentor senior engineers, promote engineering excellence, and lead adoption of AI-assisted development practices.
