Qualifications

• 3–5 years in IT support/operations, including MSP or multi-tenant experience.
• Deep experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Exchange/M365 admin, Intune, and SharePoint.
• Networking knowledge: Layer 2/3, VLANs, DHCP/DNS, NAT, VPNs.
• Experience with endpoint security, backup/DR, patch management.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Strong incident management, change control, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work after hours or on-call rotations.
• Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat with timely, courteous updates.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting of escalated incidents and document actions.
• Analyze client environments to determine fastest resolution paths.
• Support diverse computing environments for multiple business clients.
• Conduct rapid root-cause analysis of workstation, server, and network incidents.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-level issues per SOPs and best practices.
• Use vendor tools to achieve timely resolutions.
• Set client expectations and provide guidance on Thrive best practices.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly.
