• Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
• Build relationships with HCPs/KOLs to support scientific credibility.
• Use insights to shape customer engagements and identify gaps.
• Deliver data tailored to HCP needs through clear dialogue.
• Provide point-of-contact support for investigators and internal partners.
• Respond to unsolicited research inquiries with scientifically sound information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and comply with policies.
