Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) in Rheumatology to lead scientific engagement across California, Nevada, Utah, and Colorado. The role focuses on delivering objective, evidence-based information to healthcare professionals while collaborating with internal teams to advance medical strategy.
The ideal candidate has a Doctorate-level degree, 2+ years as an MSL, and a track record of scientific leadership with cross-functional partners.
Formación
- Doctorate level degree required; post-graduate experience preferred.
- 2+ years of demonstrated MSL experience.
- Strong scientific and therapeutic-area knowledge.
- Ability to travel up to 70% and engage with KOLs/HCPs.
- Residency/fellowship preferred; familiarity with medical affairs is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory.
- Engage in high-quality two-way scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs.
- Identify professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs.
- Leverage insights and tools to plan customer engagements and identify gaps.
- Utilize AI tools to enhance decision-making and efficiency.
- Deliver tailored scientific data to HCPs in clear dialogue and presentations.
- Submit high-quality actionable insights to inform medical strategy.
