Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicines is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison – Rheumatology to cover the Pacific Northwest territory including AK, WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, SD, ND and N. California.

This role focuses on scientific engagement with KOLs and healthcare professionals, delivering objective, evidence-based information to support medical strategy in immunology. The Senior MSL will build partnerships, assess educational needs, share insights to inform asset planning, and collaborate

Qualifications

Doctorate level degree or equivalent experience required.
2+ years of relevant experience, including demonstrated success as an MSL.
Strong scientific/therapeutic expertise with data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a scientific engagement plan for the territory aligned with Medical Affairs strategy.
Engage in high quality scientific exchange with KOLs and HCPs to understand perspectives on treatment landscape.
Identify and cultivate professional relationships with community and academic HCPs/KOLs in the territory.
Provide educational and non-promotional scientific information to healthcare professionals and internal partners.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Medical Affairs, R&D, and Sales and Marketing.
