Job summary

Openwork is seeking a Medical Science Liaison/Senior MSL to join the field-based medical team, focusing on Oncology and Rare Diseases. You will engage with hospital-based clinicians, provide data and guidelines, and build expertise through ongoing training and conferences.

Responsibilities include identifying KOLs, supporting clinical trials, and maintaining collaborative relationships with investigators. Travel up to ~60%, including US and international sites, is required.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical/science degree required (MD/DO, PhD, PharmD, PA, NP, RN).
• 5+ years in biotech/pharma, with 3+ years MSL experience and cross-functional collaboration.
• Oncology and rare disease experience preferred.
• Experience in hospital/institutional/clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage hospital-based clinicians and researchers to gather insights and support company strategies.
• Provide evidence-based data and up-to-date treatment guidelines to hospital staff.
• Develop scientific expertise in rare disease and uro-oncology through training and conferences.
