Job summary

Foundation Medicine, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Medical Science Liaison to build and expand a network of KOLs and clinical experts across oncology and pathology.

You will tailor scientific information to healthcare providers and collaborate with internal teams to advance genomic profiling in clinical practice. Qualifications

• Master's degree in health sciences or related field with licensure and 6+ years of experience.
• Or an advanced degree (PhD/PharmD/DNP) with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Prior academic or life sciences experience; oncology exposure.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with KOLs, clinical and research leaders within assigned regions.
• Provide education on disease states and FMI data, tailoring messages for audiences.
• Develop and maintain a network of KOL and provider relationships.
• Deliver scientific education through presentations and exchanges with hematology, oncology, and pathology communities.
• Support FMI involvement in scientific forums, tumor boards, and trainings.
• Contribute to scientific messaging for promotional materials and publications.
• Create slide decks, training materials, white papers, and clinical summaries.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs on advisory boards, trials, and publication strategy.
• Travel within territory daily and to meetings; up to 70% region time.
