Job summary

GSI, a diagnostics company, seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison (Oncology) to act as the scientific and clinical expert for an oncology diagnostic. You will build relationships with leading oncology specialists, support clinical adoption at academic and community centers, and bring field insights back to the team.

You will deliver presentations on assay performance and clinical data, collaborate with academic medical centers, and support evidence generation, including investigator-sponsored

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a medical/scientific field (PharmD, PhD, or MD).
• 2–5 years in medical affairs, field medical, MSL, or clinical affairs.
• Experience in oncology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Strong scientific presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (East Coast US; occasional Ontario, Canada).

What You Bring

• Experience with NGS, flow cytometry, or other molecular diagnostics
• Existing relationships with oncology specialists and treatment centers
• Experience supporting a diagnostic or oncology product launch
