Job summary

Biogen seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison to inform medical practice across our therapeutic areas and pipeline, engaging KMEs and HCPs to convey the clinical narrative for Biogen therapies and improve patient outcomes.

The role covers LA, TN, IN, OH, and MI; travel up to 60% is expected. Candidates will have an advanced clinical degree and 3+ years MSL experience in rheumatology/dermatology, with strong communication and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (NP, PA); Doctoral level preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP).
• 3+ years of Rheumatology/Dermatology Medical Science Liaison experience required.
• Territory covers LA, TN, IN, OH, and MI; candidate must reside within territory.

Responsibilities

• Be a credible medical/scientific expert engaging with KMEs and HCPs to support clinical decisions for Biogen therapies.
• Build deep, strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders as a partner, not just a vendor.
• Be responsive and drive solutions through leaders in the medical community.
• Contribute to US Medical strategy initiatives and track KPIs and insights using Veeva.
• Report medical insights to inform medical and clinical strategies with accuracy.
