Job summary

Biogen is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison to join US Medical Affairs. The role focuses on engaging KMEs and HCPs to communicate the clinical and scientific narrative for Biogen’s therapies, with a territory covering LA, TN, IN, OH, and MI.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (NP, PA); Doctoral level degree strongly preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP).
• 3+ years of Rheumatology/Dermatology Medical Science Liaison experience is required.
• Must reside within the territory: LA, TN, IN, OH, MI.
• Willing to travel at least 60% of the time, including overnight and weekend travel.

Responsibilities

• Be a credible medical/scientific expert engaging with KMEs and HCPs to inform clinical decisions.
• Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Be a partner in the trenches—be responsive and a solutions-driven conduit to medical leaders.
• Engage in projects aligned to US Medical strategy and tactics.
• Capture and report KME/HCP insights using Veeva with high consistency and accuracy.
