Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (Lupus) to act as a scientific expert for KMEs and HCPs across the MA, NH, and ME region. You will advance strategic, long-term relationships and support medical strategy with field colleagues.

The role requires an advanced scientific or clinical degree (MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP preferred), 3+ years in Rheumatology/Dermatology MSL, and the ability to travel 60%+. Boston area residency is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or clinical degree required (NP, PA); Doctoral level degree strongly preferred (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP).
• 3+ years of Rheumatology/Dermatology Medical Science Liaison experience required.
• Territory MA, NH, ME; Boston area preferred; must reside within territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Be a credible medical/scientific expert engaging KMEs and HCPs to support clinical decision-making for Biogen therapies.
• Build deep, strategic, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Deliver engagement plans and capture insights using Veeva with accuracy to inform medical strategy.
• Travel up to 60%+ to support field activities and cross-functional collaboration.
