Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced degree required (MD/PhD/PharmD).
• Minimum 5 years of MSL or similar experience.
• Strong scientific communication and hematology knowledge required.
• Understanding of payer landscape and healthcare regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with HCPs and Thought Leaders in Hematology.
• Disseminate clinical and scientific data; contribute to Medical Affairs strategy.
• Support investigator-initiated studies and represent Medical Affairs at congresses.
• Mentor peers and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Travel regionally up to 70% for field-based activities.
