Job summary

Catalyst Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) focused on DMD to build and maintain relationships with key neuromuscular experts and decision-makers. The MSL will present medical and pharmacoeconomic data, participate in advisory boards, and support clinical trials across the Southeast region.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as an MSL in DMD or Rare Disease, advanced medical training, and proven ability to travel and collaborate across commercial, medical, and payor

Qualifications

• Must have an advanced degree in medical/biosciences (e.g. M.D., D.O., Ph.D., PharmD).
• 5+ years of MSL experience, preferably in DMD or Rare Disease.
• Must have neurology relationships in the DMD space.
• Experience liaising between Commercial, Marketing, Payor and Medical in a compliant manner.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and maintain KOLs and study sites in the DMD space.
• Educate national, regional, and local professionals with medical and pharmacoeconomic data.
• Support advisory boards, meetings, and investigator discussions with compelling presentations.
• Provide training and know-how to regional account managers and new associates.
• Gather qualitative and quantitative data; support trials and real-world data efforts.
