Job summary

Dudek is seeking an experienced senior-level Western Riverside County MSHCP Lead Reviewer to support implementation of the MSHCP. You will apply expertise in biological resources, regulatory compliance, and habitat conservation planning to balance regional growth with conservation goals.

The successful candidate will lead reviews, coordinate with applicants, agencies, and stakeholders, and prepare defensible findings to support informed decisions. Location is hybrid in Southern California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, botany, environmental science or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in biological resources or regulatory compliance.
• Expertise with the Western Riverside County MSHCP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile liability insurance by start.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviewer for MSHCP-related projects and reviews.
• Coordinate with applicants, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare findings, comments, and review memoranda.
• Manage multiple concurrent reviews with schedule and budget oversight.
