Job summary

Veranova is seeking an MSAT Scientist to bridge research and commercial manufacturing for complex small molecule APIs. You will own the lifecycle from transfer to robust, compliant production and lead technical investigations on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes tech transfer, CPV monitoring, and CAPA-driven improvements, with cross‑functional collaboration and regulator interaction to ensure GMP compliance and process robustness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline with 15 years of experience or a PhD with at least 8 years of experience.
• Subject matter expert for resolving complex technical issues and leadership of technical teams.
• Experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and Technology Transfer and equipment commissioning.
• Experience with CDMO models and client interactions.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and determine root causes.

Responsibilities

• Technology Transfer and Process Scale-Up: ensure smooth transfer to large-scale manufacturing and troubleshoot scale-up issues.
• Process Monitoring and CPV: analyze data, monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities.
• Deviation Management: lead investigations, develop CAPAs.
• Process Improvement: implement new tech and optimize steps for yield and efficiency.
• Documentation and Regulatory Support: write/review protocols and regulatory filings; support FDA audits.
