Job summary

BioTechnique is seeking a Senior MSAT Engineer to lead formulation development, compounding process design, technology transfer, scale-up, and commercial readiness for sterile injectable products. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, Process Engineering, and Regulatory teams to ensure robust, scalable formulations suitable for aseptic manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Experience in sterile formulation development and drug product manufacturing.
• Strong background in pharmaceutical process development and scale-up.
• Senior MSAT Engineer with leadership in technology transfer and GMP environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation assessment and technology transfer from client organizations.
• Develop and optimize sterile drug product formulations and compounding processes.
• Provide aseptic manufacturing support including fill-finish and lyophilization workflows.
• Identify CPPs and CQAs; document processes and transfer plans.
• Support regulatory and quality teams with technical documentation.
