Job summary

PSC Biotech Corporation seeks a Senior MSAT Engineer to support formulation development, compounding process design, technology transfer, scale-up, and commercial manufacturing readiness for sterile injectable products.

The successful candidate will lead drug product formulation activities and work with clients, Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Regulatory teams to ensure scalable, robust processes compliant with GMP standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or related field.
• 7+ years in sterile formulation development, drug product manufacturing and pharmaceutical process development.
• 8+ years pharmaceutical industry experience with sterile injectable products.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not available for C2C.

Responsibilities

• Lead formulation development and transfer activities for sterile injectables.
• Support scale-up, tech transfer, and manufacturing readiness for clinical to commercial products.
• Collaborate with clients, Quality, Validation, Regulatory, and Process Engineering teams.
• Identify CPPs/CQAs and generate transfer documentation.
