Job summary

Catalent, Inc. is a leading global CDMO located in Madison, WI. The Process Engineer for MS&T supports tech transfer between Process Development and GMP manufacturing, driving process readiness and scalable operations for biologics and related modalities.

The role emphasizes technical oversight, collaboration with Manufacturing, QA, and Facilities, and hands-on support for data generation, documentation, and process improvements to ensure successful scale-up and transfer.

Qualifications

  • Requires Associate’s degree in STEM with 12+ years of related experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of related experience or Master’s with 4+ years of related experience preferred.
  • Doctorate in STEM considered with or without industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for technology transfer and process development.
  • Lead or support risk assessments, deviations, CAPAs, and change controls.
  • Draft and review technical documents and batch records.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across Process Development, Manufacturing, QA, and Facilities.
  • Support GMP manufacturing through technical oversight and documentation.
