Lilly is constructing an advanced manufacturing facility in Goochland County, Virginia, to produce monoclonal antibodies and bioconjugates. The Advisor/Sr.

Advisor TS/MS (MSAT) will provide technical stewardship for the start-up, lead bioconjugate manufacturing processes, and drive improvements through data analytics and digital plant strategies. This role demands deep expertise in conjugation chemistry, purification, analytics, and process controls, with a focus on regulatory alignment,

Qualifications

• Expert in all aspects of bioconjugate manufacturing processes.
• Experience with regulatory guidance and cGMP requirements.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Mentor TS/MS bioprocess and lab scientists in process monitoring and data analysis.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory expectations, and cGMP.
• Represent the site across the manufacturing network and approve product reviews.
