Job summary

You will build supplier relationships, manage inventory levels, review requisitions, generate purchase orders, and drive cost savings while ensuring quality and on‑time delivery across Maintenance, Production, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of MRO purchasing experience in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost effectiveness.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and purchasing agreements.
• Review requisitions and issue purchase orders with accurate specs and delivery requirements.
• Monitor PO status and ensure timely deliveries.

• Identify cost-reduction opportunities through strategic sourcing.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, and Operations to align purchasing with business needs.
• Resolve supplier issues promptly and maintain records per policy.
