Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, system integration, or hardware troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with motors, power amplifiers, cable design, and wiring.
• Strong EMI/EMC fundamentals knowledge.
• Willingness to learn new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical integration and troubleshooting of MR research systems and hardware.
• Support RF coil integration and basic RF measurements.
• Investigate grounding, shielding, EMI/EMC, ground loops issues.
• Develop system-level verification and test protocols.
• Maintain BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate daily with MRI team and cross-team partners.
• Balance hands-on lab work with documentation; ramp up in first 3 months.
