Job summary

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking an MQ Integration Engineer/Architect to design, build, and deploy IBM MQ-based solutions across hybrid environments. You will collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Service Managers to deliver scalable messaging integrations while driving best practices in IaC, cloud, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of MQ design/implementation experience, strong Terraform/Packer skills, and hands-on AWS/cloud experience.

Qualifications

5-10 years of MQ design/integration experience.
Strong knowledge of Terraform and Packer; experience with IaC.
Experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
Ability to write clear design documents and roadmaps.
Understanding security design for enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

Coordinate MQ integration design across environments.
Lead collaboration with Architects, Engineers, Business Analysts and Service Managers.
Develop scalable, secure cloud-based messaging solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation and roadmaps.
Mentor junior engineers and influence in a matrix organization.
Drive risk-aware decision making and timely delivery.
