Tradestar Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager of the MPU Production Site to lead the technical and operational execution of Mobile Processing Unit assembly and related manufacturing. You will translate engineering requirements into controlled, repeatable shop-floor processes, ensuring staffing, materials, tooling, and schedules support safe and efficient production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent field (Master preferred).
• 8+ years supervising personnel.
• 10+ years working in discrete manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing.
• Experience managing a set budget and company P&L.
• Ability to interpret and evaluate operating procedures and convey to employees.
• Expert in operations management.
• Detailed knowledge of HSE systems and processes.
• Working knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset.

• Partner with engineering, field services, and fleet teams to gathering requirements and translate into technical specs.
• Analyze new technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and design system architectures.
• Oversee financial performance, analyze costs, forecast expenditures, align with annual plans and profitability goals.
• Develop, improve, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, labor standards, and production documentation.
• Direct daily manufacturing operations through Managers, including labor allocation and capacity planning.
• Coordinate priorities and production risks with Product Management, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and others.
• Establish and monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery, schedule attainment, first-pass yield, labor efficiency, rework, and safety.
• Promote safe work practices and support equipment, facility, and capital planning for growth.
• Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning for manufacturing personnel.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and identify opportunities for improvement.
