Job summary

Aerodyne Industries, LLC in Huntsville, AL seeks an MPH Requirement and Verification Lead to drive requirements development, verification planning, and integration for NASA’s Moonbase at Marshall Space Flight Center.

You will coordinate across NASA, international partners, and engineering teams, lead verification activities, manage changes, and deliver technical documentation through the program lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 20+ years direct engineering experience or MS degree with 18+ years in aerospace systems development, systems engineering, requirements management, or verification activities.
• Demonstrated experience with complex technical systems throughout the development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate activities across multiple organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including development and presentation of technical information.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements development, management, decomposition, and traceability for complex aerospace systems.
• Coordinate requirements integration across multidisciplinary engineering teams and external stakeholders.
• Support development, implementation, and maintenance of requirements management processes and databases.
• Facilitate requirements reviews, assessments, and change management activities.
• Develop and maintain tailored verification and validation strategies, plans, and compliance documentation; coordinate joint verification planning with international partners.
• Track verification status, closure activities, and complex metrics.
• Support configuration management and change control processes related to requirements and verification products.
• Participate in technical reviews, milestone reviews, boards and program decision forums.
• Develop technical presentations, reports, and status products for management and stakeholders.
• Lead technical working groups and coordinate among engineering organizations, customers, contractors, and partner organizations.
• Support systems engineering and integration activities across all phases of the system lifecycle.
• Perform other duties as required in Habitation Systems development and integration.
